By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you—so you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

Prices and Locations

Locations and prices in the Bunkring app are reported and updated by the users themselves. Therefore, coordinates and information may be inaccurate and not always correct.

If you find incorrect information in the app, please let us know at kontakt@bunkring.no and we will try to fix it as quickly as possible.

The app is trust-based, meaning all prices are user-reported. We have some safeguards to prevent misuse, but they are not 100% reliable. Prices can give a good indication but may not always be accurate. Help us keep the app as accurate as possible by reporting prices when you visit locations.

General

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the app’s source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions.

The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Bunkring.

Bunkring.no is committed to ensuring the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you without clearly explaining what you are paying for.

You should be aware that there are certain things Bunkring will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Bunkring cannot take responsibility if the app does not function fully without access to Wi-Fi or sufficient data.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms still apply. You may be charged for data usage or other third-party costs. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming fees if used outside your home region or country.

If you are not financially responsible for the device you are using, we assume you have permission from the responsible party.

Bunkring cannot always take responsibility for how you use the app. You must ensure your device remains charged—if it runs out of battery, we are not responsible for your inability to use the service.

Regarding liability: while we strive to keep the app accurate and up to date, we rely on third parties for information. Bunkring is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the app.

Updates and Termination

We may update the app over time. It is currently available on Android and iOS, and system requirements may change. You must download updates to continue using the app.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be updated or compatible with your device. However, you agree to accept updates when offered.

We may also stop providing the app at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• (a) your rights under these terms end
• (b) you must stop using the app and delete it if necessary

Changes to Terms

Bunkring may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly.

Changes take effect immediately after being posted.
